Napoli's Georgian maestro scores to break goal drought

NAPLES -- Georgian football ace Khvicha K'varatskhelia was jubilant after scoring during Napoli’s 4-1 victory over Udine to break his unlucky six month goal drought that had depressed him and legions of fans in the southern city as well as in his homeland.

“His unrestrained exultation in front of the crowd shows how uncomfortable Kvara had been missing such personal satisfaction he was awaiting for too long a time,” commented La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“We have seen once again something from Napoli that has made everyone fall in love.”
